Ulrika Hedlund is a Swedish tech entrepreneur with a passion for technology and storytelling. She is the founder and CEO of Storyals, an EdTech company with a mission to revolutionize corporate training on new digital ways of working through video-based storytelling. Ulrika has authored numerous courses, she is a frequent blogger, public speaker, and an active spokesperson for women in IT. Ulrika has a Master of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Sweden. Ulrika started her career as a Systems Engineer at Microsoft in Sweden 1997 and moved to the UAE in 2007 where she worked for Microsoft Gulf covering UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. In 2011, after finishing an EMBA from London Business School, she resigned from Microsoft and founded Business Productivity, a media production business and in 2018 she founded Storyals. Since August 2022, Ulrika lives in Stockholm, Sweden, with her husband Peter and their three children.
