Lessons learned from 400 days of testing 
What was the general outcome?  What are some challenges that we faced and how did we address them. Did we find any golden nuggets?

Crafting a clear adoption strategy 
We’ve had an adoption team in house for 3 years when the pilot started. How did we level up to get ready for Copilot, and what specific needs did we identify?  A few things we tackled along the way:  stakeholder engagement, training and support, and measuring success.

What do we consider key aspects for adoption and continuous success?  We will share our key take aways and hope they can be of value to anyone who is on the same journey as us.
